ABOUT THE REIKI HEALING TREATMENTS
A typical Reiki session lasts 60 minutes. The first session is usually longer, up to 90 minutes. In a full body session the client is lying on a table fully clothed. Short sessions can be also given to address a particular problem, where the client can be sitting in a chair or lying on a table. Depending on the level of imbalance, stress or illness in a person a series of sessions may be needed to fully restore balance. Three consecutive sessions are recommended if addressing a specific health problem. After these three session as many as needed until a problem disappears.

Reiki Healing is NOT a substitute for treatments prescribed by a doctor. While is not guaranteed to cure, prevent or treat any illness, many benefits have been experinced by those who have received treatments. Reiki complements the healing process and you will absorb the amount of energy you need at any point in time. The main purpose of Reiki is primarly for relaxation and stress releif. Healing CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. It may or may not occur. The responsibility lies Within You, not with the practitioner. She/He is there for you to give encouragement and advice, when ASKED FOR, and not to do the work on the clients behalf. It is the CLIENT who is to do the healing, NOT THE PRACTITIONER (Healer).
Livia has a formal education as a Foreign Trade Economist. She became interested in alternative healing modalities and metaphysics 20 years ago.She has attended numerous workshops on holistic healing and red many books regarding the subject. She is especially interested in energy healing. Her personal journey to healing and her intuition led her to become a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Her intention is first and formost on helping people to prevent illness and make their health better. She would also like to empower individuals to take full responsibilty for their own health. Livia is a Certified Usui Reiki and Seichim Master. She has also a certificate in Ascension Reiki 1-9, Therapeutic Touch I and High Touch Jin Shin Acupressure I. In 2007 she was initiated into the White Lotus Healing Techique (The Blue Buddha of Healing and Medicine)and Tibetan Psychic Surgery, by Dr. Madi Nolan, Rigzden Chodon Rinpoche.
